Im totally in love with music, mainly rock and metal. I really want to learn how to play guitar. I’m 24. I tried once when i was 23 and I took lessons from may to december and learned all the strings and one chord. Not much. (my guitar teacher was forgetful and taught me the same things over and over again). I want to try again, and get a dvd or something and teach myself but is it harder for an adult to learn an instrument? How long will it take to get really good if I practice every night?. Also. my super sweet guitar teacher told me that I had fat fingers and that’d make it harder. Although his fingers were about twice the size of mine so that proved to me that its doable even with fat fingers.

Is there a type of engineering that is just math, no designing or building?
Or is there another job like the one I’m looking for?
I like algerbra, so I am considering being a math teacher. Simultaneously, teaching doesn’t sound that appealing.

Also, would anyone consider accounting to be a soulless job?

Till now, I always have a goal. That is to have a good command of English. I hope I can really be very well spoken like the Eurasian and to be able to write very well like a teacher. I enjoy reading very much and have been reading a lot since young especially newspapers. However, I think I am still no good in it.
