Advantages of Rolex Oyster Fakes

Posted by admin on June 11, 2010

The Rolex Oyster Perpetual collection is the most renowned group of luxury wristwatches worldwide. Included in this collection is the first watch to offer a date feature on the dial, the Date-Just. Released in 1945, the watch cemented the most classic Rolex look and its stainless steel version is still the best selling luxury wristwatch ever. Released in 1954 was the Day-Date, another first for watchmaking history. This was the first timepiece to feature the date and day of the week, which is spelled out at the top of the dial. Also called the President, it is known as the watch for world leaders, the timepiece for the most elite. While these are the timepieces most representative of Rolex, the Oyster collection also includes a timepiece with the same name: the Oyster Perpetual. The Oyster Perpetual has a few variations. Its largest and boldest version is the Oyster Perpetual Date, which is 34 mm in diameter. There are two versions of it, both in steel. One has an engine turned bezel with razor marks along with a white dial, and the other has a domed bezel and blue bezel. While the men’s Oyster Perpetual has one model now, in steel and white gold, the ladies’ version has two versions: all steel, or steel with white gold. Bezels are domed and fluted, and the dials are offered in black or silver. While these watches typically cost three or four thousand dollars, you can now purchase a high functioning replica Rolex Oyster watch for a couple hundred dollars or so. Not only is this a great deal in terms of pricing, the best made replicas have excellent quality and longevity. Identical to genuine Rolex Oyster watches, a replica Rolex Oyster watch will give you the wristwatch of the elite for an affordable price.
