Has anyone used Kall8 to get a toll free number? What did you think of their service?

I’m starting a small business that is going to offer in-home tutoring so I need a dedicated business line (i.e., a toll free number) and a fax line. Kall8’s service seems almost too good (and too inexpensive) to be true. Has anyone used them? How was it? Was there any hidden charges or something like that?
