Home schooling/tutor/online classes?

Since i may not be able to go to school full time, or at all, in the future because of my physical health, what is home schooling like? Im a sophomore in high school, i know socialization won’t be a problem, but i want to know things like where to get tutors or good online classes, parents doing the homeschooling is out of the question.
do colleges think less of home schooled students?
any more insight would be great
i’m in honors/AP classes at school
if i switched to getting schooled at home, would those classes still be an option?

You need to contact your school district and then can provide a homebound tutor/teacher that should be able to guide you in the proper direction.

if your physically disabled you can go to your school and ask about the home and hospital program she/he will probably give you a form for your doctor to fill out explaing the problem and how long you will need to be out of school if the school passes it a teacher(not 1 from school) will come and teach you for about an hour a day.

Check out an online charter school. My son attends Ohio virtual academy and they are a public school program that you do at home. They take all state testing etc, Depending on which state you are in they may have this type of program available

like the other posters said, check into home tutoring. I’m not sure if they will have the support/teachers to give you AP classes with that, thats something you have to check with the school district. But homeschooling allows you to work at your own pace and pick your own curriculum, so you can get advanced in whatever subjects you like.
online cyber/charter schools are popping up all over. You may not be able to get into one for the rest of this year, but check into it now so you can get registered for next year, if that is what you want to do. some very good ones have it set up so you can take college courses(and get the credit) in your junior and senior year, so you’ll even get a jump start on college.
colleges will look at your transcripts and grades, which you will have whether you homeschool, home tutor or cyber/charter school. They do not look down upon those types of educations, as many times these students perform better on tests and in their classes.
