thats hard to tell cz even when smbdy lear a lang. when he still a kid he can’t master it like a native speaker … that depends on ur ability and ur capacity to learn and speak the lang.
:D
for example : i am an armenian and know 4 lang. already
[armenian, french, english ,and arabic] and i speak them all like its my native lang.
so that depends on ur hard work

It would take dedication and patience. Some will have a hard time to master it, take schwarzenegger for example. : )
