whats kind of computer skills do you need to get a customer service job?

I”m sick of my job right now and looking for a job in customer service but I have little computer skills, whats a good computer program that I could get at Fry’s or Best Buy or whatever to teach me Windows XP or all the essential about basic computer? What do the employer usually look for, for a customer service position?

Typically they want you to have knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and sometimes Access, depending on the type of Customer Service job it is.) They want you to know an e-mail program (Outlook is Microsoft’s e-mail product.)
They want you to have good oral & written communication skills, a decent typing speed–usually over 45 wpm, and to be professional.
